Scanned Code
Little Eye shows the Scanned Code card when a camera-scanned barcode doesn't match anything more specific. Tap Scan in the iOS app and point your iPhone's camera at a barcode, or open the Scan tab in the macOS bar — either way, if nothing else recognizes the payload, this card shows it raw: the decoded text plus its symbology (QR, EAN-13, Code 128, and more).
Most scanned codes get a more specific card instead — a QR code containing a URL gets the URL card, a retail barcode gets the GTIN card, and so on. Scanned Code is a fallback: it only appears for a payload — an opaque asset tag, a serial number — that nothing else recognizes, so a scan never comes up empty.
Like NFC Tag, Scanned Code is scan-triggered rather than clipboard-triggered: the card only appears after you start a scan yourself, so there's no Settings toggle for it.
